Meditation &

As part of her service offerings, Ros facilitates practical, non-religious mindfulness and meditation courses for individuals and groups.


Meditation and mindfulness-based practices are an integral part of Ros’ own personal practice. She strongly advocates their benefits and incorporates them in her yoga classes. 


She believes that these techniques implemented daily help us to discover the purpose of our lives and to connect with what truly matters.

What does a meditation & mindfulness class involve?

Ros shares practical and accessible mindfulness techniques which include a range of breathing techniques, guided meditations, and sensory awareness methods.

These exercises are easily accessible to all and tailored to the client(s)’ specific needs. Sessions are run in-person or online via zoom.
